In March 2022, we received an inquiry from the largest construction company in Qatar regarding container hotels for the World Cup fan village project. The client conducted a factory inspection, and they learned that we have been deeply involved in the cross-border e-commerce field for many years and have participated in many domestic and international aid projects, with rich experience in container project construction. With the support of our strong design team, we provided a comprehensive design solution. Based on the opening date of the Qatar World Cup, we also offered the client a complete and reliable project timeline. Ultimately, our capabilities earned the client's trust, and we secured the order for the sea container hotels.

We had detailed communication with the client, who required the World Cup fan village to provide a comfortable and safe living environment for fans from around the world. Additionally, the construction needed to include prefabricated interior finishes, plumbing, and electrical systems in the factory for quick assembly. We provided detailed container design plans and container renderings, which matched the client's needs. Even in Qatar's hot desert climate, the design ensures a comfortable living environment.

To facilitate long-distance transportation, we met the higher requirements of the Qatari client by prefabricating wall panels, doors, windows, and electrical systems. The appearance of these exquisite "fan village" container houses is striking, with red exteriors as per the client's request. Upon entering, the interior layout is compact yet comfortable: in terms of functional areas, each container includes two single beds, a bedside table, a desk and chairs, a bathroom with a shower, and even a mini coffee bar. This design meets the accommodation needs of fans traveling for the event.

On June 2022, we received a deposit from the client and fully committed to the production of this project. Efficiency is crucial; our production team adhered to this belief and completed the order of 1,000 container hotel units within a month, delivering them on time. Using advanced equipment and automated assembly lines, our professional team strictly controlled the quality and conducted thorough testing before shipment. Each component and screw hole had a precision of less than 1 cm, with critical structural accuracy within 5 mm. Each container house, covering an area of about 18 square meters, was dismantled into over 100 prefabricated parts, which were then transported to Qatar for on-site assembly. The prefabricated containers not only allow for split transportation but also enable quick assembly, reducing the construction period and difficulty.

Our work highly impressed our client with our production capability and work efficiency. The fans staying in these container hotels also gave high praise, noting that the comfortable interior decoration provided a good living experience comparable to traditional hotel buildings. After receiving our container hotels, the client subsequently placed additional orders for 60 container shops and 60 portable restrooms.
