Founded in 2005 and starting in Suzhou, ZN House began with modular houses, determined to fill the gap in the market for high-quality, high-safety container houses. Dedicated to providing customized container building solutions to clients across industries, ZN House drives innovation and development in the sector. As a professional container manufacturer with years of global trade experience, its products are exported to over 50 countries, supported by more than 30 international agents.

The company has completed several overseas projects exceeding ten million dollars, including various government school project, the Qatar World Cup fan village, municipal projects in Singapore, and earthquake relief efforts in Turkey.

Meet Our Founders

ZN House was founded by three visionary entrepreneurs: Qian Xiaohui, Chen Xia, and Lu Qiudong. United by a shared passion for innovation and quality, they established the company to pioneer the development of high-performance container solutions.

Qian Xiaohui

Co-Founder of ZN House | Chairman

Qian Xiaohui, with an MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, brings over a decade of experience in the manufacturing industry. has over a decade of experience in the manufacturing industry. His career spans roles in technical engineering, production management, and corporate leadership. As a co-founder of ZN House, he has played a key role in defining the company's long-term development goals and strategic direction.
Chen Xia

Co-Founder of ZN House| General Manager

Chen Xia is a business professional with extensive experience in corporate operations and strategic development. With a solid background in business management, she has successfully driven the company's growth by designing and optimizing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. Her leadership and sales acumen have been key in expanding ZN House's market presence and achieving business success.
Lu Qiudong

Co-Founder of ZN House| General Manager

Lu Qiudong is a highly skilled technical expert and leader with a strong focus on production management and process optimization. Today, he has consistently driven the company's growth by developing and executing production plans, optimizing production efficiency, and introducing innovative technologies and processes to enhance product competitiveness. Lu’s technical expertise and ability to manage complex production operations have been instrumental in ZN House’s success.

Milestones

2005

In 2005, ZN House started with modular containers, determined to fill the market gap for high-quality, high-safety container houses, marking its entry into the container house manufacturing industry.
2018

In 2018, ZN House moved into its first production facility, expanding its capacity to focus on the production and sales of containers made with modular units, and mobile container housing, participating in global container projects.
2019

In 2019, ZN House secured its first order exceeding 10 million yuan.
2020

In 2020, ZN House achieved the milestone of completing 1,000 global projects, highlighted by a custom construction camp project in Philippines.
2021

In 2021, ZN House expanded its operations, relocating to a second production facility with a manufacturing area of 30,000 square meters. Advanced equipment and fully automated production lines were introduced to meet growing customer demands.
2022

In 2022, ZN House partnered with Qatar's largest construction company to supply over 1,000 flat-pack containers for the World Cup container fan village project.
2022

Also in 2022, ZN House was entrusted by the World Bank to construct container schools for the Burkina Faso government, planting the seeds of hope for education in impoverished African regions.
2023

In 2023, ZN House participated in Turkey's earthquake relief refugee camp project, providing essential infrastructure for affected communities.
2023

Later, ZN House reached the landmark of 2,000 global projects, exemplified by a container commercial street project in Canada.
2024

By 2024, after years of global trade experience, ZN House further enriched its product line, with over 2,500 completed projects. Its products are now exported to 50 countries, with more than 30 agents established across the Philippines, Indonesia, Australia, the United States, Chile, and Malaysia.
